Rico Tribe specializes in the design and coordination of bespoke private experiential events.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the relationship between:

Valéria Rico and Georges Rico
and
any individual wishing to benefit from the services offered under the Rico Tribe identity.

Article 2 – Nature of Services

The services offered by Rico Tribe include:

• The design of personalized private experiential events

• Artistic and strategic direction

• Logistical coordination

• Selection of and connection with independent service providers

These services fall within the scope of private event experiences and do not constitute travel packages.

Article 3 – Booking Process

Each request is subject to:

• An initial exchange

• A personalized proposal

• Written validation by the client

A booking is considered confirmed upon acceptance of the proposal and, where applicable, payment of a deposit.

Article 4 – Pricing

Prices are provided upon request.

They include:

• The design of the experience

• Overall coordination

• Personalized support

Depending on the case, the total amount may include services provided by independent partners involved in the experience.

Article 5 – Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the proposal sent to the client.

Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit is required upon confirmation

• The balance must be paid prior to the experience

Article 6 – Cancellation

Cancellation terms are defined in the proposal or specific agreement provided to the client.

Unless otherwise stated:

• The deposit is non-refundable

• Late cancellations may result in charges for incurred costs

Article 7 – Liability

Rico Tribe acts as a designer and coordinator of private experiential events.

Partner service providers (accommodation, transport, catering, activities) operate independently and remain solely responsible for their respective services.

Rico Tribe’s liability is limited to its coordination role.

Article 8 – Force Majeure

Rico Tribe shall not be held liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, administrative decisions, or unforeseen incidents.

Article 9 – Personal Data

Data collected within the framework of the client relationship is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Article 10 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable at the place of residence of the publisher until the official incorporation of the company.
